Problems

It couldn’t download antivirus, turned itself off randomly and would not turn back on, and etc. Geek squad tried to fix it a few times but ultimately I returned it and got a different computer

Ink for printer

I have two printers and usually buy my ink at Best Buy as I bought both my printers at Best Buy. They both work great, and the ink is always of the best quality.

Posted .Be sure you are using Windows 10 drivers for your router. You may need to go to the router web site for the Windows 10 drivers if your router is older. This system comes with a McAfee Livesafe 30 Day Trial anti virus software. If you are installing a different 3rd party anti virus software, you need to completely uninstall McAfee before you can install a different anti virus software. Here is a link to instructions on how to uninstall McAfee: http://www.wikihow.com/Uninstall-McAfee-Security-Center. Finally, you may want to contact your local Best Buy for help setting this system up through the Geek Squad services.
