Instead I had to make another appointment which took 2weeks. Then it took 10 days to get the work done. Entirely too long of a process.

Lenovo 510A-1510B Desktop PC Exceeds Expectations

Worked right out of the box, and has features that we didn't realize were included, such as multi-card reader located behind the front cover. We were able to connect two (2) monitors easily. Only draw-back for me is the keyboard does not include backlighting.

Works fine, appears not to have 3.5mm speaker jack

The only issue is the lack apparent lack of 3.5mm speaker jack on the back. Yes its a geared towards business but a lot of folks would like to listen to music via streaming or whatever and as I said it appears not to have audio jacks on the back

Solid Machine with plenty of ports

I didn't need a lot of horsepower for my prime uses. Looking back, wish I had got a more powerful chipset. No regrets, as it doing what I asked it to quite well. Love that it has lots of ports!

Great desk top

Smooth, and reliable

Created a home media system with this machine. I did have to add upgrade the video card as the onboard card didn't render correctly for 4k. Access is easy for upgrading. Could use another HDD expansion slot. Otherwise, very pleased.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Basic but Solid Workstation

Couldn't find an option to set up with a local account until after initial setup. Even then it had ties to the original account/email used for initial setup.

The only downside being that it won't play some of the games I had and there is no ability to upgrade the video card.

I like that the power button is in top and lit makes it easy . Some computers seem to hide them. I don't like the sideways cd opening I feel easier to break.

Fortunately it was still under warranty so the local Lenovo repair center took care of it at no charge to me.
