Q: Its Hard looking on my cell phone. where is the SD card reader located?

A: It's behind the door on the right front of the computer.

Q: Just bought this computer. Can anyone tell me why it will not completely download. It stops at services

A: First, be sure the software you are trying to install is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Q: Will I be able to transfer my old files from my old tower to the Lenovo 510A-15ICB Desktop without any problems? And if so what should I use to do so?

A: There should be no problem transferring files, so long as the files are compatible with Windows 10 and you have a compatible program installed on the computer that can open/read the file. Here is a link to Lenovo Migration Assistant software to help you easily transfer files from your old computer to your new one: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/software/lenovomigrationassistant/

Q: Does this machine have Windows 10? installed?

A: Yes, this system ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System.

Q: Is the memory installed one 8GB stick, or two 4GB sticks? There are only 2 slots and I want to increase to 16 GB. Thanks

A: The RAM configuration within this model is 8GB (2x 4G). Maximum RAM this configuration can support is 16GB DDR4-2666MHz.

Q: After the power button is pushed, a small light beside it keeps blinking for several minutes. Then the screen will show NO INPUT HDMI1. Have I bought a defected machine? How to get into my account when I forget the password?

A: I don't have the pc in front of me but I'm guessing this is the disk I/O light. A TON of stuff goes on after a pc boots, mostly related to checking for the latest security updates. The No Input HDMI1 is probably coming from your screen not getting signal from a pc that has gone to sleep.
