Purchased another printer I’m having problems printing contacted Geek squad 3 times no resolution very frustrating

My girls use if for their school work and to play games. Runs very quiet and smooth. Favorite games played are Roblox and Minecraft. The keyboard and mouse are great as well

The first one I purchased was 10/17/2017. July 17, 2020 it stopped working. It was unable to power up, motherboard bad per Geek Squad.

Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. Checked display settings, and did not find any way to bring selected page to front of desktop. When hovering over icons, all the html characters for that selected page highlight in a large box over the icon.and will not allow me to open page when clicking on icon. I have to right click, and select open page on new tab to view the page I want. Never had these experiences with my older Lenovo computer.

We watch all of our television programming online. The video card is a good quality giving us an excellent HDMI picture.

Nice Unit Overall

Over all it seems to be a fairly user friendly unit. It is very lightweight and has a nice finish to it. There is a door on the front that has multiple USB ports as well as a card reader behind it. Makes it nice to be able to just plug temporary things such as USB drives etc into it without having to try to get to the back of the unit. The only downfall is you have to leave the door open if you are using these things which makes me worry I will catch it one day and break it. The power button is right on top and very accessible. It came with a basic keyboard and mouse which I will end up switching out as they are not the best. Once setup was complete and I went through and removed all the items that Windows thinks should be pinned that in reality I don't use I spent some time playing around with the computer. It seemed to be pretty quick about responding to commands and opening multiple programs. The wireless connection hooked right up and had no issues. I will have to get a subscription I am sure to Office as we use it a lot and products do not come with more than the trial version. It has plenty of memory so I am not having any concerns there. It also has a dvd drive on the front which is nice. I didn't have any issues with lag when watching videos. Overall this seems like it will be a great computer for doing documents, finances and the other assorted tasks I do pretty much daily.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
