This was an open box purchase so I got a great deal. I did have to go back because the mouse would not work. The reps at Best Buy took care of everything. I love everything about this computer. My other Lenovo lasted over 4 years so I'm happy with this b4and

Didn't discover the parts (dongle (sp?) ) was missing until after the store transferred all the info from my old computer to the new one. Can't use the mouse or keyboard that it came with as they couldn't obtain the missing parts. Gave me a different mouse and keyboard. Works but doesn't match.

The keyboard is laid out where it is easy to position your hands to the right of the correct keys. USB ports and camera seem flimsy. Cannot access Outlook a week after loading it. In all fairness, this is probably a Microsoft issue. I miss Windows 7.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Mouse is not the greatest as it is small and I probably will change that. I am a casual user so I am sure I won't use all what is offered in this, but so far I am very happy with the purchase of this touch screen.
