Software Problems

I cannot even use Microsoft Edge or the Mail App because they cause the computer to freeze--I can't even access Task Manager when this happens so have to shut the computer down and start again. I don't know what kind of software package Lenovo has installed but this is too much trouble for a new computer.

With regard to the conflicting program issue you mention, this really should not happen unless there is a conflict between the two programs. Try two different programs, one with audio and one just a document type program. For instance, open a music file or a YouTube video, then open a Word document. See if the problem still happens.
Slow computer

I took it back to store and you gave a new one, same type. This time I allowed the store technical service to set it up. For the following 10 days of usage it get stuck at least once a day, and several times twice a day. I did NOT like anything of Windows 10. Winded up returning it for a full refund.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 700-22 All-In-One system. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the IdeaCentre 700-22 AIO. Since the system worked well for a month, it sounds like there might have been a Windows 10 update that has caused a conflict with some of the drivers on the system. This system is equipped with the OneKey Recovery system. You can initiate the OneKey Recovery System by turning the system on and repeatedly hitting the F2 key. Follow the instructions on the screen to restore your system to factory default settings. You will loose all data on the C-Drive except the operating system. Here is a link to the User Guide for this system. You can find the instructions for OneKey Recovery within this document. Here is the link to the document:
