Purchased almost a month ago. Love the feel of the keyboard. In the past month, once when I turned it on it didn't boot up. That has not happened since, so I'm hoping it was a fluke. Only other problem so far: Installed Google Chrome; worked fine for two weeks; then stopped working. Tried to uninstall, but could not. Don't know it it's a Lenovo thing or Windows 10.

Basically my monitor goes nuts and becomes pixalated and messed up looking at random times. It is still under 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. I called Lenovo customer service, they diagnozed it as a hardware failure and said I qualify for in-house repair and that the tech will give me a call next week. It was 2 month ago. I call them every week and they say that the parts are not available and that I need to wait another week. Nobody calls. Today I was told that part’s will be available on Dec 9,2017, one week from today. Don’t buy Lenovo products !

Will never buy anything Lenovo again

Bought this machine at my local Best Buy at the end of July to replace my 5 year old laptop. Loved the concept - the bigger monitor of a desktop, but no tower and no wires. Did NOT love windows 10, but was learning to live with it. Had little issues with the machine (port for headphones didn't work, screen would occasionally freeze) and Lenovo customer service was no help. After one month, the machine would not boot at all. Started researching online and Lenovo had a lot of complaints for defective products. Finally got someone at Lenovo to say that the machine needed to be fixed (obviously, it was still under warranty). They said that they would send the part to a local tech and they would contact me to schedule an appointment once the tech had the part. Three days later, they closed the service ticket as "resolved". Could not get anyone to understand that the machine was still not working. Had to get my state's consumer protection office involved to get the issue resolved. Now I am just waiting on the refund to go buy another new (non-Lenovo) machine. Awful experience.

I bought the first one and took it home. I had a bad feeling when I opened the box and found discarded packing materials laying inside the box. I put everything together turned it on and ran into trouble. Installing printer drivers made it lock up. Couldn't even get task manager to start. Had to shut down afterwards to get it to finish the install. Return it and got another one. This one would lock up when opening internet explorer. Returned that one for a refund. Me 5+ year old computer works better than this thing. I guess Lenovo isn't what it used to be.

    Terrible Wifi Connectivity

Our family has purchased 2 of these machines based on the great customer reviews. One in April 2016 and another one October 2016. The first one belongs to my in-laws and from day one had problems with their web browser timing out and not loading pages. After months of frustration, they gave up and haven't used it since. We just purchased ours 2 days ago and we have the same problem. When the PC is on the network it bogs down the internet speeds to a crawl. Contacted Lenovo tech support and they could not explain it and blamed it on our internet provider (even tho we have 2 PCs at 2 different locations, that was the best answer they had for me.) I decided to do my own troubleshooting and did a speed test on the computer and after the test timing out 3 times, on the 4th try I got 0.27 mbps, on my phone while the PC was still on the network I got 0.23 mbps. After I shut down the computer my speed went back up to 2.96 mbps on my phone. I have done this test multiple times throughout the day with the same results. If I could give this product less than a 1 star review I would. I'm thankful our local Best Buy is understanding and willing to exchange both PCs even tho the 1 is well outside the return period. I will never buy another Lenovo product again.

    Motherboard failure

We liked it ok...first time I have ever strayed from HP. I have owned 5 total including laptops. The computer was used probably 1x a week for bill pmts. It wouldn't come on 3 months into owning it. Took to best buy, the motherboard has failed, and they have sent it off to be replaced. I will go back to HP with next purchase. Just don't trust this brand now.
