They work great, and it is very nice to be able to watch a recipe in the kitchen, and have it move along at your own pace. Very happy with them.

Better than Google Home

After looking at both, this one just looks more classy and appealing. Plus it has a built in camera with a privacy lens switch.

As far as being able to hear her this really depends on the volume of your voice, background noise, and volume setting. Your Lenovo Smart Display should be able to hear you from across the room, which we estimate to be up to 8 meters distance. You may want to try turning the volume up higher. Please try adjusting the "Hey Google Sensitivity" of your device to remedy the unintended picking up of conversations. To do this open the Google Home App on your smart phone or tablet. Select your Lenovo Smart Display, and then select the "Settings" icon. Scroll down and you should see the option for "Google Sensitivity". We appreciate your feedback as we are constantly searching for ways to improve our smart devices.

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. At the bottom, tap Home .
3. Tap your Smart Display Settings Duo video calling.
4. Follow the steps.

Visually this one is better and only slightly worse for sound quality. Once the Max Hub is released, these may not compare as well.
