It can control all home devices and gadgets featuring the “works with the Google Assistant” badge. It is not currently compatible with Netflix, or regular tv, but you can ""Cast"" from it to your newer smart TV and ""The Lenovo Smart Display"" supports many audio and video services, to name a few: Audio: Google Play Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, iHeart Radio, TuneIn, Spotify, Video: YouTube, HBO Now, CW, Google Play Movies & TV, Crackle and YouTube TV gives you access to up to 40 premium TV channels live. Some of these services will require an active subscription. You can also do Google Duo video catting.

Stopped working two weeks in.

I have a few Alexa's and wanted to try the Google Assistant. I was very happy with it, nice big screen, I like the bamboo back... everything was great, until I woke up today and the screen was black. I unplugged it, waited a while, and plugged it back in and it's just dead. I checked the input connection was snug and it seems fine. The surge protector it was plugged into is fine and so is all the other computer equipment on the same strip. I tried two other outlets just for good measure and still got nothing. I did notice when I plugged it into the power strip there was a spark, so maybe it has a short? In any case, it's going back to the store. Too bad, I liked it and I usually like Lenovo. It's probably just a lemon, but I won't be buying another. Too much bother for an insignificant piece of electronic equipment.
