This device will be great when it has been out for a while and becomes compatible with more smart devices. My screenless Google assistant is way beyond the capabilities of this thing. Give it another year and I bet my review will be totally different. Great concept but disappointing.

The Lenovo Smart Display supports many audio and video services, to name a few: Audio: Google Play Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, iHeart Radio, TuneIn, Spotify, Video: YouTube, HBO Now, CW, Google Play Movies & TV, Crackle and YouTube TV gives you access to up to 40 premium TV channels live. Some of these services will require an active subscription. "The Lenovo Smart Display works with more than 5000 smart home devices from more than 250 brands. It can control all home devices and gadgets featuring the “works with the Google Assistant” badge, and also supports Google Duo for video chatting to mention a few.

Great Device for streaming

Open the Google Home app Google Home.
At the bottom, tap Home Home.
Tap your Smart Display and then Device settings Settings and then Duo calling.
Follow the steps. For more information and help with fixing common problems we recommend visiting the official Google Duo Help site at https://support.google.com/assistant/answer/9071980?hl=en

Works okay, but not worth it

It has limited Google features and most video streaming apps are not able to cast to it. To be honest, I regret not instead having purchased a small TV and a Chromecast. It would've been cheaper and offered a lot more features. Also, I could've made up for the lack of voice control by just using a Google Home Mini, which is only like $25.

Our 10-in Lenovo died after 2 years and we replaced it with this one. We use it mostly for duo calls which we've noticed it does not like to do. We've even worked with Lenovo and they are unable to get this issue to work. It seems to be losing connection or has a very slow connection during calls. Everything else works great.

If your Smart Display is not connected to the 2.4 Ghz band of your router we suggest connecting to this band as it is the most compatible with Smart Devices. If you have not already please try performing a factory reset on the device by by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911
