It’s fast, extremely reliable, sound is great! The only thing I would change is that there isn’t an option to mount it to a wall. That isn’t a deal breaker for me but would just be nice. Overall I’m very happy with it so far

Sleek and Functional Design

The sleek design and white color is very attractive and I don't miss having a black plastic monolith taking up space on my desk. The best part is that I no longer need separate speakers. The sound is much better and I won't have to replace speakers every few months.

With the purchase a deal was made that BestBuy would purchase my old unit for $50.00 so fare I have not bought my old PC to the store. I really don't want the money but would prefer BestBuy transfer personal items from the old unit to the new one. Please let me know how to proceed with that?

I came home after my purchase and found mostly positive reviews online, It had been about ten years since I had bought a computer, so I was thrown to find this didn't have a CD drive, but the employee helped me find an external CD/DVD player/recorder to go with it.

The Newest Addition

That's something the company needs to address. I called the geek squad, and the gentleman politely walked me through how to plug gadgets in, ect.. He was a big help. But then I couldn't get Microsoft to give me an individual account: I didn't want my husband's files on my desktop. I then called Lenovo thinking they would assist me: reply was of course. I thought my issue would be resolved. Then I was told for a charge and a ridiculous charge. I gracefully replied no thank you. Later I called on a friend you were a computer wizard. Luckily, my friend came over first chance he had and conquered Microsoft. Since then, I have mostly enjoyed my newest addition to my office. Still having to learn windows 11, it's nothing like windows 10 at all. But all in all, I would recommend this all-in-one desktop to a friend and don't regret my purchase. However, I don't think I would buy the extended warranty. That was an added cost.

Review of Lenovo A100
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Lenovo A100 was installed without any problems and is working fine. I have no complaints about the system except for one so far. There are four (4) USB outlets and two are used for the keyboard and the mouse which leaves 2 remaining. Access to the outlets is on the back underside of the screen so one has to feel for the outlet or turn the computer screen up-side-down to view the outlet. Doing so is cumbersome and awkward. The outlets should have been located in a more accessible location.

Fantastic all-in-one

Setup was easy as plugging in power, and placing a keyboard/mouse dongle into one of the USB ports. We did opt for a wireless mouse and keyboard, however, it does come with wired versions. So far we’ve been thrilled and enjoy the lack of clutter this offers.
