Mom needed a new computer

She was very reluctant to get a new computer, let alone an all in one computer when she would be coming off always having a tower. Seems she likes it. The face recognition sign on feature is great. Came with everything she needed to get started up again.

This new computer is just so much better. It’s fast, I like the keyboard. The screen is large . It’s a desktop so I like the fact that it is small. It was very reasonably priced. We had everything transferred from old laptop to new computer. I really like it!

This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Also, you can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Very satisfied with the Lenova All in One

There are few cables to attach and the machine was ready to use with a push of the power button. I use my computer for Zooming and for a Duolingo program that requires speaking and writing with immediate feedback online. The visuals and sound are very good.

I love the sleek design. I normally don’t like touch screens, but this one isn’t bad. It’s fairly responsive. I wish this model had the wireless charging base and a larger solid state drive, but otherwise has been perfect. Highly recommend

I hope his manager Luke knows what a gem he has in Taylor and acknowledges him fairly. He is truly an asset to Geek Squad.

However one computer the keyboard stopped working i’m one of them and there’s no geek squad currently and Lenovo was no help online we rebooted it several times but to no avail otherwise my 11-year-old loves hers. It’s very smart looking at the camera on top is a little plasticky but otherwise I think this is a good unit for the price

great mid-range computer

I found it very easy to use and would recommend it to anyone. I especially like the retractable video camera feature. Once I am done SKYPING I slide the camera down behind the screen, which insures privacy.
