I use it for graphic design and other digital media. Touch screen is great. The onboard webcam is pretty noticeable low resolution on an HD screen, however it absolutely gets the job done. I’ve even run a fair amount of hours in Minecraft and Fortnite, which this machine isn’t really built for. Still, runs it like a champ. I hooked up a 2TB external HD for storage and now there’s no stopping her lol.

This model ships with a FHD (1080p - IR) webcam that has facial recognition capability for Windows Hello Biometric security login. If you are getting less than expected broadcast video quality, first check that any protective film has been removed from the lens of the webcam. Then check the resolution settings for the webcam to be sure they are set at 1080p. If you continue to have issues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

This computer has performed outstandingly well for both solo and online gaming, conducting research with a million different tabs open, has perfect connection during daily 1-3 hour long conference Zoom calls, and overall has just been an amazing computer. It boots up within seconds and has never frozen or crashed. The mouse and keyboard are low quality and lasted about 6 months before they needed to be replaced.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Works so much better I love it. Had a Lenovo all in one before my HP and it lasted forever. Everything works great on it, speed is great, Great monitor. Only thing I wish was bigger would be the hard drive, but I have several external hard drives so problem is solved. I would highly recommend this computer, great price, great computer.

Mainly using it to remote into work, not doing more than that, screen is large and can display huge areas of my excel spreadsheets, and the screen is matted so I don’t get glare. Only thing is I couldn’t find the wifi usb receiver hidden inside the mouse battery slot. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.

During the process of an updated it rebooted and somehow failed to boot the update which corrupted the computer itself. Upon starting the computer now the screen stays dark and the base or (tower) fan has a high "whirl" speed along with a beeping melody.. I have since scheduled a repair service appointment. Here is to hoping it can continue to provide quality value at the discount price we were able to get it for.
