I tried to scan from a new HP printer and could not get any support from HP. I could not even get their HP Smart software to get past the login. And unlike Apple or Dell, support is not to be found. Don’t expect this Chromebook to take the place of a Windows PC or Mac (I can scan from the same printer with those).

Great screen, nice for watching streaming content. Works great as a tablet when you fold it back. Easy to download all of your apps from the Play store and sync up with a Pixel phone. Great laptop for travel and working from anywhere.

She keeps getting kicked off every couple of minutes then it automatically connects her again. She misses so much so we really can’t use it for what we needed it for. We did think it was iur internet but we used it on other internet connections and it still doesn’t work

I love the way the screen flips and the added feature of the touchscreen. The 10 key pad on the right is a major plus for me. I am very happy with my purchase. Good job Lenovo and Best Buy!

His previous laptop was over 15 years old and having major issues. After my son helped him get everything set up it has been working just fine. He says it is much faster than his old laptop.
