I only needed a simple contection to internet as I already have a higher end computer system in place and this fit the bill perfectly without costing a lot.

High image quality, nice ability to flip the top completely back like some high end laptops. Good speakers, nice camera! I’ll try using Zoom on this soon.

We are a mac family but this is just what she needed for school. Works like a charm and still has all of the bells and whistles for some personal enjoyment.

Never had any issues streaming Netflix, having 10+ tabs open at one time, or playing Youtube vidoes while looking up other tabs in the browser.

One of them is (fingers crossed) so far so good (6 months down). The other one just seems to have random networking problems with connectivity when other devices in the house (including the other chromebook) seem to be working fine. Best buy obviously needs an expensive protection plan at this point to get this sorted as it is a manufacturer problem (perhaps BB should be more rigorous in the products it carries instead of shirking responsibility). Given the low cost of the device this is perhaps expected.

A keyboard not working on a Chromebook can be easily fixed by resetting the Chromebook. To reset Chromebook, First of all, turn it off. Now Press and hold the Refresh button and press the Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. When your Chromebook starts up release both the buttons. If the issue continues, you can call Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378.
