The downside is about after six months the laptop started not turning on. A few months later it started working again and died again.

No update available. Researched internet solutions until it was too advanced for me. Now that repair places aren’t open, I just gave up and returned it.

I called Best Buy Geek Squad and the resolution they recommended was I needed to be in the same room as my router or buy a Router Extender (cost $40 to $80). Considering, I purchased this chrome book on sale for $199, to spend another $50 plus or stay in the same room as my router to use my chrome book is ludicrous. Not happy with this purchase. Guess I'll be giving this to my son.

I decided to buy the "certified" open box item ($300) and it quit working on me the 2nd day I had it. I received before her birthday so that I could set everything up for her, and all she would have to do is turn it on and go. Since her birthday on March 26th, I have had nothing but problems with it. It froze up 4 times in 3 days. I called the store because I live an hour and a half away where I was told I could bring it back through a courtesy line outside. However, we are not allowed to leave under the stay at home order. I do hope they can make this right and give her a new one. I would love for someone to contact me and make this right. That's alot of money for something to quit working on the 3rd day you received it.

Chromebook stopped working after 2 months

It stopped working after 2 months from my purchase date. I called Lenovo and followed all of their technical troubleshooting they suggested. They are unable to help and are not offering any solutions to replace the Chromebook. There has not been any damaged. It stopped turning on as of yesterday. The chromebook is in perfect condition. Please be aware of this before buying. Best Buy please help and offer a solution and not, contact Lenovo or review their site because I already did. I purchased this on 4/3/20. What a waste of money.

I was very excited to get my fist lenovo chromebook. First I've exchanged with other new one, ending up getting Asus C433. I'm not expecting the laptop work at the first or second touch. New laptop should not start with troubleshooting and twicks. What was wrong: 1. Wi-fi does not connect to home network when coming back from sleeping mode. (Each time I had to turn the network off and on) 2. Getting sd card remove warning when coming back from sleeping mode, either the ad card ben never removed. 3. Switching between desktops/working space (Search + [ or ] ) is not working. Too bad
