By far the worst computer I have ever purchased. Within one month, the keyboard failed and now the power is on, but the screen has failed. I would never recommend this to anyone. Dealing with both the Geek Squad and Lenovo has been a road to no where as well.

Be sure the APP you are trying to use is compatible with Chrome Operating System. It turned on once and never again. It lights up when you charge it. And the side where the power button is, lights up but I don’t feel or hear the laptop turn on. I am so disappointed in this. It looked promising.

To fix a chromebook that will not turn on, Turn the Chromebook off, hold down the Refresh button (circular arrow at top of the keyboard) and the Power button simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Release the buttons and the computer should restart. The device does not hold wifi connection then can't find wifi at all. Have been trying to return to Best Buy but have received horrible service. So disappointed with my decision.

No range on wifi

There is absolutely no range for the wifi antenna. I lose connection when I leave the room where my router is located. Every other device stays connected a city block away.

She was in the 1st grade at that time and is now finishing up the 5th grade, this Chromebook has withstood the crazy of a kid using it everyday in class and at home for assignments for the past 4 years.

Its not the fastest runner on the track, but it gets the job done. Lenovo could have put a better chip on the inside instead of the Celeron. (Maybe other models have better chips?) Nevertheless, I would recommend this Chromebook to others. Lenovo is known for quality computers and you can trust their products!
