They use a very old linux PC and this is probably much faster. They don't do too much other than browse the web, facebook, youtube, etc. so this should be okay. I've read that the screen isn't very good, but it's 80$ so.. can't complain. As long as it's not broken or unusable. I would only recommend this if you can get it on clearance for $80 or lower.
