Simply Great to use this Chromebook and value for money. Sound clarity is very good when i play the song in the YouTube. Value for money and if you are planning to buy some tablet then go for this Chromebook.

A nice sleek design. It’s not a technological titan but it doesn’t need to be while doing basic office work or school assignment. It’s about convenience in both price and availability in order to complete some tasks or online errands lickety split.

Bit small, works great with chrome and links to my phone makes things easier. Have not try to install Mictrosoft to it, I use google sheets. The price was great for it. Easy travel and saves space, battery last long.

I bought this for my great granddaughter her birthday was 3 days late to be able to go to school so they wouldn’t let her go . So this will be good for her to learn her alphabet and everything thing she needs to learn

This was purchased as a gift. They seem to enjoy it a lot easy to understand the keyboard is user friendly. Screen size is awesome. Using the apps are great. I would recommend to anyone getting used to using a laptop

This is my first laptop with a chromebook OS. I am glad I bought this unit because the load time is really quick, which serves my purpose. I basically use it to look up my email messages and browse the internet.

Crapped out about 10 months after purchase. Would boot up then die in < 10 minutes. Factory reset no solution. Looks like bad power circuit. Not worth new battery cost & install hassle. Tried to return under warranty. Lenovo required shipping payment & a repair charge. Cheaper to buy a new HP Chromebook from Best Buy. Guys at Best Buy a big help.

So being that I'm kinda new to the computer internet age, not really new just not real learning in it but with this product it really gets me interested in learning more about it I really like it

Delighted with the purchase which is primarily used for sending/reading email and general web browsing. (Prior Samsung Chromebook no longer offered system updates so it was time to upgrade).

My son didn't really like this computer because his favorite roblox games won't play on here. He was so excited to get a new laptop before the new year but now he is not anymore.

This was a replacement for my old Chromebook that no longer gets updates. I love it! This is my device for general use and the only one I take with me when travelling.

Excellent Chromebook for the price! Fingerprints will show up very easily on the cover (carrying it around with the lid closed), but that minor complaint is the only one I have.

Great Product. If you are looking for a depending low cost computer this is the one for you, honestly. It does exactly what you need it to and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Great laptop! Ensure that you are purchasing for the right purposes. I purchased for work but couldn’t download an app due to Microsoft and Google restrictions.

It is a very nice little chrome book for beginners like me but if you need more power resolution and features I recommend invest in a more expensive one, for me it is just what I want

Buying this Chromebook wss good for Me to buy from Best Buy. When i first got the Lab top chrome book I turned it and work good Brand new. And still works good Jay

I purchased this computer for work as a netbook, but the program kept telling my my connection was not secure and would not let me set up the computer. My connection was just fine! I had to do trouble shooting on my phone to no avail. I ended up returning this shortly after I bought it. This computer is worthless, do not buy!

I purchased this chrome book for my aunt because she loves just playing games and browsing the Internet at times. It was a great buy for her and she loves it.
