I was hoping someone at Best Buy could just run a recovery of the OS but there was no one who could do this and no recovery disc was included.

Went to store managers all the way down to help were very rude and un professional. They wanted 40.00 to fix and it was only 3 wks old terrible experience wont shop there again

can't replace OS
