Now that remote learning is the in thing. We are happy to have a computer that is easy to use by the children . they are able to learn alot of things fast.

If you are getting less than expected broadcast video quality, be sure that the protective film/tape has been removed from the webcam lens. This protective film/tape is installed at the factory, to protect the webcam lens during transient and needs to be removed prior to using the webcam. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks for additional help at: 800-426-7378.
