Had to call geek squad support as instructions were not in English and on screen instructions were not working. They could not help and had to take it in person to Best Buy Geek squad. They were finally able to start it. Once it was started, it seems to be working good.

I'm using it for limited internet access. Be aware that there are areas of incompatibility with the Chromebook that you may not think of. I was unable to use an adapter for a projector that functions with a laptop and I wasn't able to connect a new printer to my wireless router using the chromebook. (these may have been user error, but just know that there may be some areas that will need work-arounds)....still very happy with the purchase.

All she needs is internet acces. Her old laptop was becoming slower this chromebook is much faster loading web pages and especially on start up. She loves it. The 11" size is great because it's much lighter the the 15" laptop.
