I basically got this as a second computer for emails and google searches. It does the job as intended and for low price, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this purchase.

I bought this Chromebook for my husband, who was looking for a laptop for simple everyday use. So far, it has done the job well and continues to impress our "Apple Household."

For a low priced, Chrome OS laptop, I am satisfied overall with the performance. The primary negative opinion I have is Lenovo uses a power converter "brick" with a separate grouned plug power cable that surprised me when I opened the box. I have another Lenovo 11.6 inch Windows 10 laptop, and it does not use this bulky power converter package, so why is Lenovo using this with this Chrome OS laptop, and not with the same-sized Windows 10 laptop?

Lenovo did not disappoint with this AMD powered Chromebook. For a budget line Chromebook it exceeded my expectations and is an excellent choice if browsing Chromebooks and laptops within this budget.

I ordered two of these chromebooks for my kids to use for school and have never regretted a purchase more. I love the size however the display is a clouded and blurry bluish gray that makes it impossible to see anything on the screen. I have to angle the screen downward in order to see what I am reading. The camera takes awful clouded photos and has poor video picture quality. I recently received a screenshot of the kids in their online class meeting and my daughter's photo was gray and blurry while all the other kids on screen were perfectly clear. I have tried everything to change the resolution. Not worth it, even at a sale price. Wish I would have just returned these chromebooks.

This is fantastic. Was open box. Did a power wash and it is great. Great display, sound and the casing is sturdy. Open box was a great deal. Highly recommend. Thanks Best Buy.

LOVE the Chromebook,,,NOT the software they sneak into the order. You have to read and scroll to get every word! The Chromebook is wonderful, the sneaky way they tacked on software wasn’t

I love Lenovo mark my word in a couple years thei be up there run neck with main brands but for the price and about 85 percent same qiauility as brand this my first pick

This thing is a piece of crap compared to the Acer I bought years ago. The Acer is still going strong, but this thing cannot even hold on to an internet connecion. It loses the connection at least twice an hour, an interruption I find intolerable. Also the screen seems to shiver and lose the connection to the picture even more frequently. Hate this Lenovo. Going to trash it and buy another Acer.

Good computer for the value. You won’t be able to take over the world but it does what it should do

The lenova chromebook is excellent and this is the 2nd one of its' kind that I purchased. I have one for Az. and one formy home in Ohio.

Works well. Larger storage than most entry-level priced Chromebooks. Lenovo FAQ supports Linux installation. Only drawback is 1366x768 display resolution as I would prefer FHD.

I bought this Chromebook to replace on that I've had since 2015 with no problems at all (Acer). It's old now and not getting updates so I purchased this in October 2021 but didn't open it until October 2022. When I open it I loved the sleek black look (old one was white). Google has made set up of Chromebooks ridiculously easy so I transferred all my stuff to this new one. It worked well for about a month. Then one day while I was paying bills it froze up and then went black. I had just taken it off the charger so I knew the battery wasn't dead. I tried to turn it back on for 2 weeks with no luck. The warranty expired one day before it died and to reinstate the warranty is an additional $22 (dummy tax). I scanned the QR code so I could purchase the warranty to send in for repairs after waiting a 30 hold period and decided to hit the start button. Low and behold it came on like nothing had happened. I've had one other Lenovo product that I loathed and it had so many issues I didn't use it much. I think this is the last product of theirs I'll purchase. I'm looking for a reliable Chromebook book again this year.

Its just ok...bought it for a little over $100. I would have given it 4 stars but not having a backlit keyboard is awful

This is a really good basic computer, no games, just fast safe internet access, and basic email, for 200 bucks, just what I wanted

Good for school. Expected better performance but am not disappointed with the product.

I've used it only a few times, but seems as advertised. I don't like there isn't a shift lock on the keyboard.

As always Lenovo is a guarantee, Lenovo is the top of the line laptops and computers that can be purchased. You will not go wrong with any of their products, and the best place to purchase them is a Best Buy.

I definitely would recommend this purchase. Not only is it affordable. It does so much with many great features and its not heavy or bulky carrying around.

It works well so far. This is the forth of these I have gotten. The first 3 lasted less than 12 months...So we shall see.
