Cheaply made WiFi antenna

My brand new Lenovo Chromebook requires constant rebooting as the internal WiFi antenna malfunctions if I move my device from one room to another. This started occurring about 3 weeks after it arrived. When I tried to get help from Lenovo customer service, they told me it was because my modem needed to be re-configured. I do not believe this is true, since my chromebook recognizes many different routers, then, all of a sudden, stops recognizing any.

I can watch movies, play music, write, and check my emails on this device. A very simple computer that runs slow while opening and closing apps, but otherwise gets the job done! I wouldn’t recommend this laptop as your go computer though, it doesn’t quite have the capabilities.
