For that reason I wasn’t able to use this laptop for my needs and had to return it. It may be a while before software developers start making programs for computers running Google’s OS.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my specific item, but for some reason this won’t play ANY video (I might be able to get a video on YouTube playing for a second before the buffering phase never ends, but Netflix and other streaming—nothing at all. Also, the sound isn’t working either? None, not even regular system sounds. My internet connection is fine, every other device connected in our house is working fine (including an asus chromebook). I’ve made sure the OS is up to date. I’ve messed with every setting I could think of, and even powerwashed/reset it. Boots up fast but that’s about it I’m afraid, I can’t seem to do anything else but stare at it. At this rate I’ll probably be returning it. :(
