It does not include many of the function keys that people are used to. You have to relearn a whole new system. If that is the only computer you use that is ok but my work computer includes all the functions that one is accustomed to.

I found out that I couldn't download a tax program on a chromebook. so, I bought a computer instead. Actually never used the item, so I can't say anything good or bad about it, except that it didn't fit my needs. I'm sure it's probably satisfactory for emails, internet, etc.
