More of a large smart phone than a lap tom.

I will keep it to fiddle with, or let the grand kids play with, but will be investing in a real lap top.

Then two weeks after the last day to return it to Best Buy, we can't get it to hold a charge. The battery status indicator is not on the main indication bar. My son said that it must be because it doesn't have a battery! He might be correct! I hope to get this resolved with Best Buy soon, if not I will have to speak with Lenovo. It doesn't look good at all right now. We have it plugged in with the included charging cord and it's not turning on at all. May have been a bad purchase!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Chromebook 3 11. Try performing a hard reset by holding down the power and refresh keys for 10 seconds. Then check to see if the charging indicator light turns on when you plug in the charger. If not, try another hard reset and check back. If two hard resets don't fix the issue, Google suggests unplugging the charger, then plugging it back into the outlet and then the computer, and checking to see if the charging indicator light turns on. If it works, they suggest charging it for an hour before trying to start it up again. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378.
