Due to poor wifi and not enough RAM Zoom did not work well. Reviews for other Chromebooks also say zoom does not work well on chromebooks. Zoom requires a lot of RAM. Not enough RAM on most Chromebooks, even more expensive ones.

Big mistake. Slow, slow, slow response to any internet work and if I'm not within 15 feet of my modem I get the "No Internet" message. This unit looks good and works OK otherwise but if you plan on using WiFi better think twice.

The game lags a lot and there were no directions in the Box on to download games or how to set up any game score download 4 to even set up the computer itself.

We recommend you check with the specific game's software publisher's web site, of the game your son wants to play, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
