Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your webcam on the Lenovo Chromebook 3 14, model number 82KN0000US. If your camera isn't working, or if you see a message that says - No camera found - Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on. Try using the camera in another app, like Hangouts. If it works in that app, uninstall the app where it doesn't work, then reinstall it. If the issue continues, now try resetting your Chromebook. If the issue continues with the webcam, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Chromebooks at: 800-426-7378.

Good, but not if you need the Linux Funcationality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A decent machine - good if you don't need the Linux capabilities, but keep in mind that if you're going to need the Linux Development Environment that this has an ARM processor, so a lot of apps do not run properly in the Development Environment without cross-compiling them on your own. I missed that on the tag and had to return it because of the processor.

She was pleasantly surprised. She is 8 years old and like to make videos on Tictok so with the camera it was perfect for her. She is also able to do research for school projects. The laptop is perfect for what she uses it for.
