She was using an older Surface Pro that was on it's last leg, and battery life, form factor and slow downs were all issues for her. Was able to pick this up on sale for around $150 and at that price it's been amazing. It really feels like a more premium machine than the price would indicate. Yes it's all plastic, but it feels sturdy without much flex, and the screen is quite nice and large enough for daily use. Speed wise it's not the absolute quickest, and it is a Chromebook so it's got plenty of limitations, but if you're looking for something for like web based work and simple computing/browsing, it is a terrific option especially at the asking price.

Basically, I use for web browsing, checking email etc. I have only had for about one month, but I would recommend the Lenovo brand as they also have received ratings from industry experts. I rated 4 stars since recently purchased.
