    xmas gift for the little one don"t know yet if i can honestly review the product honestly , but i do know that best buy is the best there is when purchasing . always satisfied!!!!!!

    It’s the first time I have ever purchased a Chromebook. It took a little bit to figure out how to find my way around a non Windows computer. After a short time, I really like how things are set up. It boots up in less than 10 seconds and it’s very responsive. I works great for surfing the web and checking email. The battery life is very good too.

    Computer was in good condition and worked as I needed but it didn’t include a charger and nothing on the description says that, the manager agreed it’s not clear about what’s included and not. They told me I needed a charger that was $80. So after that it wasn’t really much of a deal to buy a refurbished laptop vs a new one

    Man, did I get a "GREAT" deal !!! I came into Best Buy with my wife looking to be educated to the difference between a laptop and a chromebook. I took a chance and purchased my First chromebook, that was an out of box purchase. I'm in love with it.
