Only has options button, no play button if there’s only a one show recording. Xfinity tv to go doesn’t let me watch anything past the first 4 to go channels, I get a playback error. Going to go back to store and see what geek squad says because that’s mainly the reason I bought this chrome book. I’m An apple user so maybe it’s user ignorance on chrome book features

The speakers are trash, one might thing because the speakers are located where the keyboard is it would have better sound. The sound is very low and if you're watching a video or movie it's best if you use headphones if you want to be able to hear what's going on, or use captions. I wish I could return it, but I'm past my return window with Best Buy. Everything else is great, nice screen size/color, good battery life, perfect size, not too big and not too small.

It’s a great laptop and easy enough to use that my granddaughter has no problem moving around in it to find what she wants. She uses ABC mouse all the time with ease.
