As one gets older, using apps on the phone is not that easy and some apps don't work well on the phone so this laptop was the answer. Never thought I would actually buy one of these - but so happy I did

Now she can apply for colleges write scholarship essays and just shop on a big screen. Smh well it’s perfect for her. And she loves the touchscreen.

Chromebooks is tremendous value for the price

The price is definitely value pricing. This is my 3rd Lenovo Chromebook in 3 years with almost identical specs to the previous ones. Like my prior 2 purchases, I'm expecting this to be a solid performer.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Chromebook 3 14, model number 82KN0001US. Chromebook keyboards do no use a CAPS Lock Key. Chromebooks use a key combination for the CAPS Lock function: Press the Alt key plus the Search key and it will activate caps lock. An icon with an up arrow with a line under it will appear in the notification area at the bottom right of the screen when it's on. Hitting those two keys again will turn caps lock off, as will tapping the Shift key. This model of the Lenovo Chromebook 3 14, ships with a Integrated 42Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which has a Google power load test of up to 16 hours, depending on the work the Chromebook is performing. Not being very computer savvy, the keyboard on chromebooks is too difficult for me to use. I couldn't even access my wi-fi connection. I was given a complete refund. Thank you, Best Buy!

He was a Macbook user before but the keyboard was an awful fit for him. He loves everything about the Chromebook and thinks its even better than the Macbook he had prior!

Having the touchscreen feature was a must. Sound and display is exceptional. Great for a middle schooler. Does what she needs it to do!

This one is solid. Also, because I purchased the Total Tech protection when I purchased a new dishwasher recently, I'm automatically covered for THIS purchase - no need to purchase more protection!

A little hard to read small print size.

Documentation is non existent, but still up and running right away. Build quality seems to be fine. Screen is a little dim (am use to Samsung screen that has a lot of "pop."). Resolution is good but that makes the finer and smaller print a bit hard to read. Overall, am happy with purchase.

Still getting used to the Chrome OS. It’s not as nice as a $800 laptop, but I knew that when I ordered it. Takes care of email and light web surfing. Can access my docs at home without having to bring computer home from work everyday.
