These chromebooks are junk. Their phones work better. They didn’t even make it one school year before we trashed both of them and got laptops.

Posted .All new, factory-sealed in the original box, Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 model number 82KN0001US, ships with their own 45W USB-C, device side (3-pin, USA compatible, wall side plug) AC adapter/charger, supports PD 3.0, 100-240V, 50-60Hz, included with the Chromebook 3 14. We recommend you check the original box again. If there is no charger, we recommend you contact the Best Buy location you purchased your lenovo Chromebook 3 14 from to be sure you received a new product and did not purchase an Open-Box Model.
