Right out of the box, it was giving me the dreaded "Aw, Snap!" error constantly. I only had ONE TAB OPEN, and it would go to the error message within seconds of being on any website or in my email. And it's impossibly slow just getting to the page! It's totally useless, and it's going back ASAP! Why does Best Buy sell such garbage and waste customers' time? Also, Lenovo's tech support, as well as their sales reps, were horrible. They sound like they're half asleep and don't want to work. It's been an all-around abysmal experience. If you want a quality product that will actually function, STAY AWAY FROM LENOVO!
