That was 3rd HP but finally learned a lesson. This Lenovo works exactly as expected and haven't had any issues. I will be a repeat customer.

Will never get used to having to pay for programs that used used to be provided as a package for free! Have to pay out more money or use computer as a doorstop!

I have never been able to bog it down or confuse it; even when running multiple spreadsheets and tables at the same time. Great machine for out-of-the box at the price point.

A few minor glitches like my Search Bar disappearing. Haven't had time to call Lenovo yet about this. So far, so good.

With regard to the Search Bar, if you are referring to the Windows 10 search bar, click on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. If you are looking for the browser search bar, it is at the top of www.msn.com Home Page. It is labeled Bing.

This computer has double the RAM that our last computer did, but still seems to be a little slow at times.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo H50 desktop. This system should be a fast system with its AMD A-10 processor and 12GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Best Buy replaced it with no problems and it ran perfectly. The Windows 10 operating system, on the other hand, is quite cumbersome.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
Pretty good for a new Windows edge user

Menus/settings setups way different but getting used to it, great price, and graphics are great.

We now have 2 of these in the office, and both users are very happy with these. No speakers included, so we did have to get those, not a big deal...Very fast, no problems.
