The sound system is clear but does not advance as much volume as my prior Gateway computer. But like any thing new, the advancements once you understand what they are , are pretty cool. I like it!

Aside from Windows 10 being dumbed down to the level of computer illiterate, it's a good value. I'd like more expansion slots though. Great computer for a new college student.

Great machine overall

After 1 year of use and a bunch software that probably contains startup programs, it is still within 30 seconds. I liked the fact that the Lenovo comes with very little commercial software and no bloatware. And Lenovo' s service is great.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo H50 desktop. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Suddenly running AOL is becoming glitchy. Mouse not responding, ctr/alt/del doesn't solve problem. I realize not many use aol anymore, but still should run ok?

Posted .There should be no problem running AOL within Windows 10. It is possible that the AOL program was not installed properly or completely. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings then reinstall AOL. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
