It worked great for three weeks, then the wireless connection stopped working. I returned it to Best Buy for repair and was told it would take two weeks to get it back. Didn't have these problems with my Apple, Dell, or Toshiba. We will see what happens when I get it back.

I like this desktop very much its exactly what I needed I also want to say that the sales person was very nice, pleasant and willing to help me decide which desktop would be good for me and he was very knowledgeable I just remember his name but he was young with long hair and glasses

Lacks a little speed on starting up programs. It is a Good simple basic computer. No complaints, I use it in my office. Does what it is supposed to. Large PDF files load and scroll with ease. I know my old computer couldn't keep up to large PDF files.

Just needed it to run office and internet. ok so far

I already knew the best computers out there were Lenovo and Asus. My price range dictated which one I could purchase. I am very please so far with my Lenovo. I have a laptop that's Lenovo so I pretty much knew what to expect. I always buy my computers from Best Buy.

I've been using this computer for a while , and it has been trouble free , fast , and reliable. I buy Lenovo products because they are reliable , and have great support , by Lenovo . I have two Lenovo PCs. and a Lenovo lap top. I could not be happier.

I bought this camera for my daughter so she would have a camera she could carry in her bag or back pack. She wanted a camera to use when an opportunity arose, without having to carry her larger Nikon around her neck or shoulder.

I'm extremely please with my decision to purchase my new computer from Best buy I couldn't have asked for a better computer or a better sales representative she was knowlagebl about the product and her assigned area all in all it was a great experience

This is one of the quickest desktops I have bought. It has a slightly slower startup but very quick after that. Moves from program to program quickly. Lenovo does a good job for the money. I bought this for $$479 , then it dropped to about 2 weeks later.

Unfortunately, the sales person did not understand the capabilities of this computer. It did not meet our needs and we returned it for credit. Best Buy handled this problem without any hassles. We appreciated how the issue was handled.

Overall it is good. My problem is that the print is too small in too many areas and I can't seem to make it bigger and easier to read. This applies especially to my email account. Otherwise the tower seems to be doing a decent job.

I purchased this desktop since the specs looked good for the price, this was my first Lenovo. I don't know what it was, but this computer would randomly reboot all the time, or completely lock up and have to be rebooted manually. It had a fresh wipe to Windows 10 Pro with all of the up-to-date Lenovo drivers installed and still had the issues. Returned for an HP Desktop with Intel I7 processor that has had no issues to date.

I had never heard of LENOVO but my good friend and computer adviser had read about the brand ant told me that he thought they were a good buy for the money. When I checked it out, I liked what I saw, and for the short time I have had it, I like it.

Slow connecting to the Internet. My $79 RCA tablet connects a lot faster. It seems that it has to do with Windows 10. Lenovo's advice is to backup and restore. It made no difference. It still runs slow. I will be returning it.

On my part this computer does what I need, I am not a gamer, bought this item for the spec for the store ONLY had in stock was i3 processor system need a desktop system that week and no time to wait on shipping

It worked good for one day and had to call the Geek squad, Mircosoft did not like me using Google Chrome as my preferred internet search engine. After the Geek squad made some change's it has worked just fine.

It is harder for me to use---had to get another one because a part broke and they transferred all my information to the new one and I'm having problems for someone 68. I spend n ore time on this- I hate it really

I ordered that computer several times, nothing wrong with it however I bought from an open box. Mistake. The computer is scratched, the keyboard has a broken piece. I'm not happy with it, it is for resale...

The desktop was priced aggressively with LOTS of features. Adding Office 2016 was a good choice and taking advantage of the Geek Squad service also proved to be a good decision and resource. Their service was competent and friendly.

Been on a mac for the last 31/2 years,the switch back was seamless. The Lenovo is great and I got it for a great price. Two terabyte he'd is great for all my storage and media needs . Get this if you can you won't regret it.
