Hard drive failed after 2 months

It worked well initially, but the hard drive failed within two months. We are in the process of getting the drive replaced at bestbuy - but this required s complete data wipe. Luckily it's my sons computer and he didn't have a ton of stuff on the hard drive. If this was not the case it could have been more disastrous.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I would have taken it back the first time I had a problem with it but I spend a couple hours had to do a system recovery and got it working here it is less than 2 years old and it has a critical crash today and it's junk and now I'm looking for a new computer stay away from Lenova I also have two laptops and not happy with either one of them

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
New PC
