After about a month the video card crashed and I had to do a system restore which meant I got the video back but lost all my software and data. Hoping it was a one time occurrence

Called Lenovo and they said that it was the OS and not there problem. Even though I had only had it and it had a 12 month warranty, they said it would be $299 to get it fixed. Ist and last time I buy and deal with a Lenovo product. Poor customer service.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. Start the system up from off. Before Windows loads repeatedly hit the F2 key. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. You should create your restore discs immediately, once you have the system back to normal, before you load any software. Be sure all the software you load on the system is compatible with Windows 10 operating system.
