    Although I've been leery of Lenovo since IBM spun it off, this particular model was more than suitable as a low-end gaming platform replacement for an aging Windows 7 system. The combined AMD A10 and Radeon R7 GPU (on-chip) saves both space and power draw. The 8GB is sufficient for Windows 10 general use and gaming (for now) - and using a third-party utility, there is another two banks free if you wanted to upgrade to 16GB or more. The proof was in the pudding though - this was a gift to a gamer relative, and it passed his relatively stringent requirements running all the latest games such as Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Far Cry, Dishonored, etc. without lag and in fairly detailed graphics settings (not Ultra but also not Low). System came out of the box and plugged in nicely, boot-up is incredibly fast, I'm looking at the login screen in what seems to be seconds. The only thing it needed was an Anti-Virus program, which Best Buy offers as a free bundle, or you can add your own.
