Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer is super fast. I can navigate around very quickly closing and opening programs or websites. It starts up fast. I've only had it a couple of days and set up is easy. Only thing left is to figure out how to sync my Fitbit with Windows 10. Hopefully I can find a solution to that. The only time I noticed a sound was on start-up. It make a little quiet puff sound for about 2 seconds and after that, it stays quiet as if not even on. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this as people were saying it wasn't actually AMD FX CPU, but it is. I'm very happy with the purchase. I was extra happy when I got this during a Best Buy 3 day sale. I purchased on BestBuy Ebay during 10% Ebay Bucks deal so that made it doubly sweet. I definitely would recommend this computer.

I opened my photoshop file that is 825M yes almost 1 TB between 9 to 10 secs. My friends computer as an I7 with all the bells that costs $300 dollars more and it only open up that file 2 secs quicker. Great computer and it even has wifi !!!!! I give it 5 thumbs up!!

Cant upgrade computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer worked alright until i went to upgrade it, spent a bunch of money on as 1060 gtx and power supply and it has a 5 pin connector instead of the 10 pin connector that every power supply has. So to my understanding you cant upgrade the power supply, which means i cant use the new graphics card i just purchased, because it wont run on a 250 watt power supply. If there is any fix to this please let me know, i searched around for an adapter but i i found was people with the same problem with no solution. This computer is only good if you are never going to try to upgrade it.

We have heard of other users of this system using the internal power supply to power the system and a separate power supply for the GPU. We recommend you contact your local Best Buy Geek Squad for the possibilities of doing this with the power supply you have.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its FX-870K processor and 12GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
