    A little slower than expected but gets the job done. I like how it flips from tablet to chromebook easily. I dont know that I would buy it again due to its response speed but for the money it is a good product.

    The product is good, but one of the accessories, the pen at the back, is missing. I am unsure whether to purchase it separately but will contact Best Buy for assistance. i should have given 5star

    I love this computer. The only issue I have is there is no way to forget password from the main screen. I have to make several attempts to reset the password

    Not the best buy for the money. Do not buy for full retail. The ram is very limiting and there are other specced models available elsewhere with more ram and a pen for a similar price. Still a fun little companion device if found on sale..

    For a small device, it's not quite small enough, and the case comes off accidentally not infequently Actual function - that is speed and screen resolution, are appropriate for the cost.

    We ended up returning it because the keyboard fell off too easily. OK as a tablet, but we went with a Chromebook with an attached keyboard instead.

      Please ensure that you install all available updates are installed. These updates can regulate power to increase performance. To start launch the settings app, then select “About ChromeOS” from the left sidebar, then choose “Check for Updates from the right-hand side options.
