This laptop still performs great. I have been using this laptop for browsing/watching movies/and even installed some tools/softwares for knowledge/training. This is a great choice for someone who do not want to shell out huge money but still enjoys the maximum.

It was overwhelming at first glance with the opening page being filled with apps that I would probably never use, then a friend showed me how to find my start page to bypass it all. Very solid, great picture and usability.

Wonderful computer for emails surfing the net, etc

While she loves it and uses it for work and other personal tasks, I find myself using it a lot too. Love the Windows 8 system, and we look forward to the free upgrade to Windows 10 when it is available. Recommended? yes!
