Don't know what the problem is, maybe its the I-3. Last computer I had that ran this slow was a desktop I bought at Best Buy 16 years ago that ran Windows ME and whose processor was less then a gig. This laptop locks up before you even get it going.

This has been a dependable unit and works great. Love the touch screen. Would purchase other Lenovo products in the future. I have had this unit almost two years and have carried it everywhere.
