    This Laptop is the real deal! if you are on a budget and can't blow thousands on a CPU get this one and you will NOT be disappointed! It feels expensive and is very fast!

    Lemon? WiFi drops. Touch screen unresponsive

    Not sure if I got a lemon. The WiFi intermittently drops. A few ways that you can definitely make it drop is by putting the device to sleep (intermittent) or hibernating the device or switching networks too often or using your phone to tether a wired internet connection. The touch screen intermittently stops responding. I found that the only way to get it working again, without rebooting, is to Alt+Tab a couple times or close the lid and reopen it or turn of the screen and back on (last two ways also intermittently cause WiFi to bug out). Happened numerous times over Citrix. Going to exchange this weekend to see if replacement has the same issues.

    Returning this tomorrow. I searched the wifi issue and found this is a common issue with this computer. I reset the computer and it still drops wifi. I did the adjustments to the computer settings that was recommended on the Lenovo trouble shooting help page and it still drops the wifi. Who knows maybe I bought a defective laptop. Maybe not. Good luck. I don't recommend this computer.

    I loved this laptop, but after doing all the updates I started getting an error message.."Display driver has recovered", gradually I started getting this error more and more often until finally I contacted Lenovo and they remotely "fixed" the problem. It was fine for a couple days after that, then it started doing the same error message again. Finally the words on my screen started missing letters and words were overlapping so I took it back and got a replacement...hoping it was just that specific laptop. No such luck unfortunately....now I am getting the same error message again so I will be returning it and buying a different brand. I also had issues with it never connecting to wifi, even though it was marked to auto connect I would have to manually connect every time I went to use it.Very disappointed and annoyed with the Hassel of having to return this.

    Really just not a good machine; slow and unreliabl

    I did my homework on this machine and seemed like it was a good value after looking at amazon and many other sites for a good inexpensive laptop that would work well for my high school son to last him a year or two. When we got it home and set up it was an easy set up and all was going well; made sure and got all the updates onto the machine and things were still not too bad; slower but ok. We then added microsoft office suite (which was already on the machine anyway) and linked it up to email, etc. The machine proceeded to operate extremely slowly. Boot up was excrutiatingly slow, opening applications was extremely slow and it was only grabbing an internet connection every so often; so annoying. We gave it a chance, left it on, restarted multiple times; made sure the updates were through loading and that the email was not bogging it down. Nothing seemed to help. We ended up bringing back to best buy and getting a refund. Must say that experience was extremely positive. Very helpful and understanding person in returns and the entire return took no more than five minutes. I would not recommend this machine. We have had much better luck with the less expensive HP's

    At the first look i was in love with this laptop. But when i started using it, wifi drops constantly. Very disappointed. Returned the laptop.

    DO Not Buy

    I will never buy this brand ever again! 2 Times I sent it in to get the WiFi card replaced in a 2 year period! It was always the same problem. The 3rd time it broke the Lenovo company tried charging me $375 to fix something else! I told them no and to keep the computer. They sent it back not fixed I bought a WIFI card that goes in the side and havent had a problem since. DO NOT BUY LENOVO!

    Taking the laptop back today--sadly, it had some nice features but I can't use it if I can't consistently access internet. I don't have time to go to device manager to see if I can fix it.

    Defective screen. Bubble on the top left corner. Please check proper before send it to customer. Touch stops working suddenly.
