This product has everything I want in a laptop - 6GB RAM and 1T Hard drive and high quality resolution on the screen. Up grade to Windows 10 was simple although I am still getting use to it. Battery life seems less than expected - a little less than 2 hours to 40% remaining - but I have only used it once without the cord so far.

I have had this laptop for about a month now and I really love it so far. The small problem is that it can be a bit heavy at time but so far so great.

I bought this computer for my son for college. He loves it! The graphics are great and he comments on how it flows smoothly from one frame to another.

I really liked the computer but 5 weeks in my touch mouse pad stopped working. Was not pleased. Takes about 2-3 weeks for repair. Geek Squad was great!

I really like being able to convert from laptop to desktop to tablet. Opening so far is a Hugh advantage

Awesome laptop. My only complaint is the touch screen sometimes acts goofy. Kinda gets stuck and you have to sleep the computer to get it to fix.

I think I had high expectations for this laptop and feel a little let down with it. It works well but randomly shuts down with no notice for updates (I haven't figured out how to stop it from happening yet). Also, the touch pad is VERY sensitive. It can be frustrating moving the curser when you have your thumb on the click button. I miss my Sony Vaio!!

i purchased this laptop, the box was partly opened after the last person had returned it... Had I used te laptop with in the return period I would have too.. The computer from brand new is very slow. It takes a long time loading apps that come pre installed on the computer, just switching from tab to tab from the task bar the computer freezes Not recommended

Son enjoys using computer. Fits what he needs for school requirements without breaking the bank.

This is the first electronic purchase iv'e mad in a very long time. I'm learning how to use the Laptop. Iv'e had to ask for help a few time abd the support was there to help with this experience. I'm sure I'll be asking for more help at some point, it's nice to know it will be there when needed.

I had Windows 8 on an older laptop. I never became comfortable with the OS. I bought this new laptop. Upgraded it from Windows 8 to 10 for free. It works beautifully. I feel very comfortable navigating Windows 10 with this PC.

I switched from a Dell to a Lenovo and I really really love this laptop. Good quality for the amount I spent on it. Wise buy.

Good work computer. Plenty of storage. A little heavy but its size would make this not the most portable computer out there.

this is a work computer. works fine for a sales guy who needs quick easy set up.

So far so good I just miss my DVD drive. I was told I can get an external drive, I'm still playing around with my options.

Has worked out greak so far from what i need it for and has a impressed image with me as of my first view back in 2012

Thus far I am very happy with my Lenovo laptop. I have found it easy to maneuver through the settings and programs.

Sometimes my touch screen doesn't work right and the audio plug doesn't always work either. I also tried to restart it hoping that would if nothing else help. Instead I had to sit there for HOURS starring at a nasty brown colored, basically, blank screen that only staid RSETARTING!! Not overly impressed!
