so far we love this new lap top. Customer service and sales person (andy) are very helpful and explained the features in layman terms.

When I first purchased this laptop, it seemed to have been a return or poorly refurbished, not the brand new one I paid for. It was physically damaged and the screen had water residue from someone having wiped it--right out of the box. I returned it to a Best Buy store and had it exchanged for another, which appeared in better shape. I am not a computer technician, by any means, so please excuse any incorrect/poor terminology that may follow. From the beginning, the laptop seemed somewhat sluggish, being brand new. I bought the laptop for my school work, so I could not complain about it being a little slow. Well, I used a flash drive and noticed it would not work on the left port. I switched it to one of the right ones, and it worked fine. I thought maybe I just didn't push it in all the way or something, but didn't test my theory since it was working and, I mean, it was brand new, surely it couldn't be the laptop. Then, I attempted to use some (cheap) earphones in the audio port on the left side, and it wouldn't work in the right earbud. I assumed it was the earphones. Again, I was still thinking a brand new laptop couldn't be the problem. Then, I bought another set of more expensive earphones. The same problem occurred. Looking at it, it looks like the panel/board itself was pushed in/slanted. Two "brand new" laptops, both broken. There is no rating low enough for that.

Lenovo has the best tablets around. ben using at work for 3 years now and decided to get one as a graduation gift for my son.

This laptop is great! My son loves the picture & graphics. It is very easy to use and transitions quickly. Thanks Best Buy!

I purchased this laptop on a sale. It was a great deal. Wasn't the laptop for me though. It was too big for what I needed to become portable. But definitely worth every penny with it's 1T hard drive.

Overall this computer has been fairly good. Sadly during the recent update for windows it crashed to a black screen. We did take it to a local computer shop and they had to re upload everything.

I am very pleased with this computer I had some setup glitches on my part and Geek Squad helped me solve over the phone

bought it for work. Ok performance. However the finish material on this laptop attracts fingerprints like crazy. From the body to touchscreen. You'll leave an oily mark wherever you touch.

I needed a new laptop and this was a pretty great deal on this computer. Smooth and fast, and alot of storage room.

The computer is slower than my older computer which had a solid state hard drive. I like the bright clear screen.
