    We're being forced to use windows 8.1 & it sucks. Nothing else is available. Why are we forced to touch the screen in order to move it. We're back on our old desk top. Because of the program we're forced to use, this laptop was a big mistake.

    This came pre-load with software that made it so annoying to use due to the promotional and circurular nature of the entrapment scheme plus the windows 8 dysfunction of just getting to the the uninstall screen.
