It took 3 tries to by pass the software blocking Google Chrome. The first 2 tries at Geek Squad failed. The head tech at Geek Squad told me it was a Lenovo issue. I went back to the sales man who fixed it. The computer is still balky and NO I would not recommend it.

my daughter saved for months to by her own laptop had it for two days and it slid off side of bed and screen cracked .silly us didn't get the extra coverage ...{thought it was to pricey}..and now she has to wait and save up more so she can get the repairs done...:( !

If your a basic home user this is the perfect laptop.

The laptop is really good and has a great configuration for use by both students and professionals. Powerful processor and great look. The only drawback I see is the weight. Weighing around 2Kg, it's a lot heavier compared to laptops these days.

The mouse pad has never worked and now the number pad does not work. Found all this out after I got the laptop setup. The store is not convenient and I know they will have to send it back and give me another one. Poor quality control.

i brought in my touch tone computer to the geek squad, My computer s touch screen was cracked . I was told by the Geek Squad that I they could send it out for repair but it would probably be cheaper just to buy a new one. So I purchased a new computer. My closed friend said there are two screens on a touch tone and she brought up the other screen and I did not need a new computer. I am on disability and I am finding it difficult to pay for my new computer. Why wasn't i told that i could have still used my old computer and i did not need a new one. very upset with the geek sqaud

The Lenovo Efge works great now. When I got it, it was unusable. It had so much junk loaded onto it, from Bestbuy I'm guessing, I couldn't even get it onto a website. I had to wipe the hard drive clean and start over. Nobody wants that from a brand new computer.

This was a great loved it! Then i dropped it. Geek Squad was unable to fix it luckily i had the warranty on it. They didn't have anymore of this device but they did give me one similar I do miss this one though

I bought my first Lenovo, March 7th . 1 1/2 months later it crashed due to hard drive going bad. Best Buy aloud me to exchange the laptop. I got this model and 2 weeks and 6 days later it crashed. DO NOT waste your money. Lenovo computers for 2015 are rated one of the worst. I found this out when I Googled.

Slow processor...would not recommend for someone other than your mother

The first day out of the box, the speakers on this laptop crackled while listening to music at any volume. Exchanged for the same model thinking it might be an isolated issue. No luck, same bad speakers. Returned laptop and purchased a different brand.

This laptop has worked fine so far. The only thing I would say is that it is much slower than my last one. It takes forever to turn on or do simple things that should be instantaneous.

The sales person told me it was one an excellent computer and it was very fast. However, that was not my experience. This computer was very slow and definitely was not worth the money. I returned it!

I am glad I got this ASUS I was sceptical But VERY HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS ONE!!!

It’s 5 years and this laptop is still up and running... this is a great buy!

Not happy Best Buy facts about computer are incorrect and can not be upgradable..

This unit is good for watching videos as well as using Office software programs.

This laptop is very slow, freezes up, and the battery doesn't last. In 2 hours the battery is as low as 30%. Very disappointed.
